Corpses in Skyrim give the axe be an awkward thing. They advert around for a while, and some of them don't disappear the least bit. Sure, you can coiffure the old vivace-travel-and-wait trick, but IT's non very polite. Of altogether the death rituals across each cultures, 'wait for the body to despawn from the worldstate' isn't incomparable of the more participating ones. Which is perhaps why individual has made a Pay Your Respects for Skyrim, to allow you bury and sound out goodbye to the fallen.

On burial your pal—or murder dupe—you can choose to create a grave for them, showing their name, the date of the burial, and an engraving. "You can choose to have a predetermined etching, but you can also write your own," notes the mod description. I'm sure I'm not the exclusively mortal thinking of those go-to joke tombstones: "I told you I was sick."

A word of caution, however: Burial an NPC with the stylish disables them entirely, so if you plan to resurrect them, or if they aren't supposed to be disabled, you may land up encountering some issues. Perhaps zombies. I hope for zombies.

We cause a round up of some of the best Skyrim mods usable—lengthy, for a game that came out ten years ago and is still being actively modded today. It includes some more NPC companions for you to hang around with, and, if you so select, respectfully bury if they die.
